Personal Training & Weight Management

A personal Trainer (PT), saves you time by travelling to your home or a venue of your choice, when it suits you. The PT has the knowledge to assess your present Lifestyle, diet & new requirements, perform health & safety checks and to build an agreeable & achievable program for you. Even if you can only spare 10 minutes each day for exercise or only one hour a week, a program can be built. Time will be allocated to work with you to show, motivate, monitor and advise you on how to reach your overall objective. With the advice provided on nutrition, you will be able to achieve & maintain a healthy lifestyle, controlling weight issues and reducing risks of related illnesses.

It is always easier to be motivated and to keep on track with a plan if you have the support of a PT, friends or family.  An excellent incentive is having a friend with the same goal where Sapphire Lifestyle can then work with you both as a “group session”.

You may only need to see your Personal Trainer for a few sessions to get you started and then every few weeks for motivation and reviews, or you may feel that you need  them more often.  You decide, we can advise.

Lifestyle Analysis & Weight Management

Session 1 - Health testing consisting of body composition, (weight, fat mass, lean mass), blood pressure, lung power, Body Mass index, Waist/hip ratio.

Distribution of a 7 day Diary for completion.

Session 2 – Collection of Diary for analysis of data.

Session 3 – Delivery and discussion of Health test results, presented in a detailed report with specific goals calculated for you personally.

Analysis and review of your specific diet & exercise activities presented in a report.

Listed recommendations for improvement.

This method has helped many to achieve their weight loss goals by incorporating Lifestyle changes into their present way of living without too much effort.
